Tool facts change — ages, prices, and limits move between verifications. This product treats that as a publishing problem with a designed answer: the tool directory is the single source of truth, entries are re-verified on a 90-day cycle, and a correction is one reviewed edit that updates every surface rendering the tool — and nothing else. Dependent lessons degrade gracefully (“being re-checked,” routing removed) until their facts are re-verified.

The dated correction log and the learner error-report queue (report → triage → fix → dated note on the item) are on their way. Until then this page carries the policy itself, so the commitment is on record from day one.
